Mindmap Series: Graphic Resources to Help Make Your Blog Sparkle

By | 27 May, 2012

I owe everyone a mindmap from the end of April…and it is nearing the end of May.  No worries.  Here is the one for the end of April.

This mindmap is not really a mindmap of a process.  It is more a listing of all resources for the graphics for a website.  Graphics and the visual presentation is an important aspect of setting up your blog.

Traditional print ads, television commercials etc, take into account the colors and the graphic used.  Why?  Because it can communicate a feel or the idea for the advertised issue.  Color and pictures can also invoke emotions and can also encourage you toward an action. Like “BUY ME” or “FEEL SORRY FOR ME”.

So this mindmap will list sources for:

editing software

websites for free and paid pictures

websites to help with color codes and color combination

websites for logos and buttons

If you have already signed up with the form in the side bar, it will already be in your in box.  If not, you will have to sign up.  You will get this mindmap and the one from April.

Thanks a bunch for stopping by.  Comments are appreciated and I respond to all of them 🙂  Please help spread the word and simply tweet or facebook this post.
