Busy busy busy.  This week it was like a switched flipped.  I am planning out my calendar for the week based on the monthly goals, which corresponds to the yearly and life goals.  Each Sunday or Monday I plan for the week.  Then each morning, I check to see if I am on track and adjust accordingly.  Needless to say, I have been kicking butt!!!

It is finally done.  The first of my 12 month series.  A new mindmap will be sent out each month to my subscribers.  If you are not on the list, it’s obvious what I am going to say next.  SIGN UP —> Pretty box to the right 🙂

I want everyone to see what they will be getting so…if your leery about signing up.  Here is a no strings attach link to the product.  YEP  the first mindmap of this series will be available without any sign up.

The content is short and sweet and there will be an AWESOME 😉 mindmap included. CLICK HERE:  MIND MAP – RSS SYNDICATION

If you don’t know what mindmap is…as described from wikipedia:  A mind map is a diagram used to represent words, ideas, tasks, or other items linked to and arranged around a central key word or idea.  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE x 100 them.  If your a visual thinker, meaning your the type of person where once you see a map you know where you are going; mindmaps are for you.

I am all over the place with excitement.  Well, this is the first one.  May’s mindmap will be backlinks for a blog.  Places to registration, get back links or find backlinks OR where to get all the cool different graphics for your site, most are FREE.  If you think it should be something else or have a suggestion, please let me know.  As always, feedback, comments are appreciated.  Start typing below 😉

  • Hi Sylvia,

Wow! Well done on your RSS syndication mindmap! It is very informative & easy to understand.

I have to admit, I have never really bothered to learn about RSS as I find it too complicating

With your mindmap, it definitely made things more clearer.

    Cheers!

      Hi Muhsin,
I am so glad you found it easy to understand. That really means alot to me since that was one of my main objective to make it easy to grasp. I see some mind maps and it was still overwhelming. Thank you for coming by!
      :)Sylvia

  • Hi Sylvia

Thank you for this informative article. Just one thing I looked at mindmeister.com to use however found it would take me to much time to sit down and learn it.

Time is valuable so I decided to just use a whiteboard and marker pen 🙂

I dont’t suppose you have done a video on how to use the sofware 😉

    To your online success

I completely understand. Some of the mindmap programs make things way too hard. They do have a lot of pretty arrow and colored blocks. I am using mind42.com. I found it to be incredibly easy, not very many options on colors etc but then again I am looking to quickly breakdown my ideas and see where they are going. Give it a try if you get a chance. I would love to get your feedback.
Video would be a great idea..thanks for putting another idea into my head that I want to pursue!
      :)Sylvia

  • Thanks for this content Sylvia
I was looking to create some content about RSS when i will have some more time. I have to much to share but i take it step by step.
    Keep going with great work.

“pretty box to the left”<—-and wht I think you mean by this is "right" ;). haha. love the idea of giving out mind maps!! f*cking perfect, really; you learn the concepts, mapped, in mapping them out for other people, it's a quick way of product creation and it's very unique. Turn this into something big! Position it the right way, where you make sure people understand the potential value of it and how unique and applicable it can really be. I know you're giving this away for free, and that's a very good idea (so people get a taste), but make sure to monetize it somehow.

Like the blog:). /Simon from mwa 3.0.

ps: sorry to advertise but if you haven't checked out my blog, you can do it on http://www.simonhaestoe.com ds

  • Currently, I’ve been on a roller coaster of setting up my business locally. And frankly, that has me more frightened than building an online business. So I’m not quite well…

But, you’re posts, especially this one, give me hope that I can make it where successful entrepreneurs are. Just as long as I stick to the plan. I should be getting my business name by tomorrow (it’s overdue).

The RSS Syndication mind map. Cool. I’ve been wondering about that. I really like how far you’ve come from the blog I saw last month. Especially since you’re focusing on something you’re good at: mind mapping. 🙂

    • I clicked on the link by the way, and it’s not downloading. -_- forgot about this tidbit.

Opps – Sorry about that. I moved this blog to a new server and not all the files transfered. I will take care of this shortly.

Yes, it can be scary but if we all stay focus on the steps of our plans and aware of new developments and info, I honestly believe all will work out.

        Onward!
